A chance for you to do a small detailed part of your job search. We will do a specific assessment of your job search. If you need help on specific elements, email me so we can go through the options.
Anything involving a promotion at your current organization.
Helping you apply to one specific opening. This plan gives you a comprehensive list strategy for landing a job that fits your criteria.

Session Breakdown

Session #1
We will talk about:

Your ideal role (not just a title, but all the components). If you don’t know what it is, that is totally ok! That is a big part of my work - helping to establish the direction.
Your desired salary & and what you could aim for
What you have been doing to look for a job so far if anything. What is and isn’t working?

Optional activity between sessions

You will receive an ideal role questionnaire to fill out. This is an optional assignment and a resource that you can keep.

Session #2

We will go over the strategy I have outlined for you. I won’t be able to teach you how to execute on everything, but this will give you an idea of how you have to tackle the job search differently.

Proposal for optional continual work

After our second session, you will receive a proposal. This will outline what our individual work together would look like and how much it would cost. Prices range from $1397 to $4997 depending on your needs and how many sessions it includes.
