How to determine your ideal roles

So many of my clients long for another job, one where they can contribute to something meaningful and be appreciated.

I suspect that you might be daydreaming about this too.

Only one little problem, you aren’t sure what that job even is, right?

This is actually not that straightforward. It’s exactly where I started when I made the pivot from teaching high school to landing a job at Microsoft.

And now we’ve helped so many of our clients determine what roles they are qualified for and what roles they will enjoy.

Tiffany pivoted from working in public schools to working at an education tech company.
