It includes

• A written resume critique
• A critique of your summary 
• A critique of your two most recent roles
• Suggestions for how to rewrite bullets where possible 
• Suggestions for how to apply the critique of the first two roles to any other roles
• Suggestions for formatting and scannability includes ATS (applicant tracking systems) 

• A 45-minute call 
• 30 minutes to talk about resume improvement. 
• I will explain the reasoning behind each suggestion so you can decide it is is right for you. 
• I will teach you about how to create a strong resume so you can either write it yourself or you will know how to assess a resume writer
• 15 minutes to assess your job search as a whole. This will allow you to decide if you need resume help, can implore your resume yourself, or if you need some other kind of assistance. It includes all aspect of the initial consultation offering. We will:
• Outline the aspects of what you would like in a job (I will help if you get stuck!)
• Walk through your challenges in looking for a new role
• Assess what is and isn’t working
• Determine your market value salary (optional)
